Service requirements depend on your area and package. Any location requirement is shown before confirmation.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are completed online through the payment methods available in the Washy app for your selected country.
Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
Confirmed orders cannot be cancelled and completed payments are non-refundable. You may contact Washy to request a reschedule within the original order validity period, subject to availability. Rescheduling does not extend the expiry date.
