What car wash services does Washy provide?
Washy provides basic Interior Car Wash, Exterior Car Wash and Complete Wash services. We do not provide deep cleaning, denting, painting, body repair or mechanical services.
How long does a Washy car wash take?
A normal service is designed to take around 30β40 minutes depending on the selected wash, vehicle condition and booking location.
How do I pay for a Washy booking?
Payment is completed through the online payment methods available in the Washy client app for the selected market. Cash on service is not offered as a booking payment option.
Can I cancel a confirmed order or get a refund?
A confirmed order cannot be cancelled by the customer and completed payments are non-refundable, except for mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be waived or where Washy cannot provide the paid service.
Can Washy wash a different vehicle from the one in my order?
No. Only the vehicle registered in the confirmed order is served. A separate suitable booking is required for another vehicle.
How long are Washy packages valid?
The 4-wash and 8-wash packages are valid for 30 days. The 16-wash package is valid for 60 days (2 months), subject to the published terms and service policies.
Is Washy available everywhere in Doha?
Service is available inside active zones managed by Washy. The app checks the booking location and blocks orders that fall outside an available service zone.
